If you are still having problems after following the guide, please submit a ticket so that our support team can assist you.

Please keep in mind that it is Think Advanced's policy that our support team will not change your password for you. We do not keep a human-readable version of your password, and our support team cannot see it, so we cannot send it to you. Any password sent to you is generated by the system, and only you have access to it via your email account.
